Vols basketball

The Rocky Top League will not be held this year.

The annual summer basketball competition had been held in Knoxville every year since 2007. It featured both past and present University of Tennessee players, other area college players and local stars who played elsewhere across the country.

Sources tell FOX Sports Knoxville that UT players and coaches want to focus on the upcoming season. The Vols have already been picked to be one of the top 10 teams in the nation according to many early polls.

Listen to FOX Sports Knoxville’s local programming beginning at 7 a.m. for commentary on Tennessee basketball and the end of The Rocky Top League.
