James Shaw Jr. saved many lives when took down an armed gunman at a Murfreesboro Waffle House last week.
Since then, Shaw has raised over $200,000 that he intends to use to help pay for the funerals of the victims of the tragic incident while donating the rest of the proceeds to their families.
Whether he wants to call himself a hero or not, he is. And he deserves everything positive that he will receive moving forward. On Sunday night, The Nashville Predators hosted Shaw before Game 2 of their playoff series.

As stated by the Preds on twitter, the plan is for the Predators to honor James Shaw Jr. during the game. Bridgestone Arena may set a new record for loudest arena in the world when this happens.
